POWERFUL Excellent product, powerful, and built like a tank. It blends my power protein shakes well and fast. The glass is heavy and bulky but it takes a beating well. I don't like plastic, they break and don't last. This is a solid product, and well priced.
DON'T Buy this one! I have just about every Cuisinart product they make and LOVE everything. This is junk. I have only used it a couple times and it stopped working. It's really too bad they have a nice line of products except this. Yikes.. Steer clear or this.
Make smoothies, purees everything easily, clean up a snap Over the last few years I've killed many a blender. This particular blender is very sturdy, easy to clean, and quite good looking. I've paid three times as much for a blender that didn't last, and this one has been used several times a week for 18+ months without one hiccup.
We use frozen strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, frozen bananas and apple juice to make our own smoothies several times a week. This thing has handled large batches of frozen fruits many days a week for many months without incident.
I also use this blender pureeing veggies for soups, crushing ice, making dips, etc. It's awesome.
Didnt expect it to be this good The blender excellent. It works suberbly. I like the dial control where you control the speed of the blades. I do a lot of blending and it has proved it self even with the hardest of blending. I have even tried some indian recipes with this machine and its worked well. It compact as well and for the price i think I was suprised how well this machine works.
Its very versatile little machine. I would recommend this product highly. the blade and the glass jar comes apart for cleaning which is good.
