Customer Reviews: I love my food processor !! I have owned it for 2 years now and it is still working like a charm. I bought this machine about 2 years ago.. I like reviews with time some owned on a product so thought I would add my 2 cents. This machine is powerful and does just about anything I need. After 2 years the blades are still razor sharp and working like it did from day 1. It is a little cranky about having to be just perfectly lined up to work but thats OK - I like the reassurance that it will not operate with out being completely locked down because it is VERY powerful.
I am not a chef or anything just your average user with a family of 5.
I did see a complaint about it stopping for 5 min or even 10 min ?? I have never had this problem.

So far so Good I purchased this 14 cup several months ago and have been using it about every other day. Besides all the good reviews, I also decided to purchase this because of a friend's recommendation. My friend is an extremely gifted cook and I trust her opinion. I am amazed at how easy it is to use, take apart and wash. This cuisinart has also made normally daunting and difficult kitchen prep quick & easy. I now make a larger variety of dishes because they're so fast to do now. I am also extremely satisfied at how easily it slices, chops, and shreds. Doesn't seem to strain it for the things I use it for. I use this to chop up raw almonds into fine pieces for a healthier pesto and it works beatifully. I've also used it for doughs and batters. I've used this for far more things than I thought I would. Mine came with a dvd video that I found very useful & helpful. I've used a few other brands of food processors that this one simply outshined.
AMAZING!!!!! My first food processor, and what an excellent choice it turned out to be! The size is great, if you are making a regular sized recipe (veggie burgers, salads, salsa, pesto, etc) from a cookbook or online recipe this hold everything, you don't have to do two batches. Looks great on the countertop, I got the black and chrome one.
Highly recommend this or another cuisinart.
The BEST appliance! I have had several different kinds of food processors. This, by far, is the best one yet! It's worth every cent.
THE BEST This food processor can do anything (except actually make the meal). It is also very quiet to use and a breeze to clean up. Careful with the blades, they are very sharp!
