Aids to the Examination of the Peripheral Nervous System (Neurology) Editorial Review: This new edition of the highly successful short guide to the examination of the peripheral nervous system has been brought up to date and includes new illustrations, to ensure it retains its place as the standard short text on the subject.
Customer Reviews: Great This is a great book. If you have difficulty with peripheral disorders, it is the book for you. It goes through the anatomy, sensory inovation, etc of each nerve in detail. There is also a little information on dermatomes, etc. Not a really a lot, but just the basics, which will help with differential diagnosis.
great lil' reference book! This is a great thin book with excellent anatomical pictures on localizing peripheral neuropathies. I have certainly forgotten much of my neuroanatomy, and was recommended this book by a neurologist.
A must for any budding neurologist! Love it! I have seen tons of old school neurologists carry this in their briefcases and they still refer to it! Concise yet comprehensive! all you'll need for the peripheral neurologic exam!
Indispensable Every physician, regardless of specialty, should own this short book. For neurologists, its one of the small number of things you should have available for all patient encounters.
Great book A must for every neurology resident. Very good pictures showing anatomy and physical exam appropiate for almost every muscle.
